  • In the event of a guest arriving late, the restaurant may hold the reservation for a reasonable grace period only. After this period, if no notice has been received and the guest has failed to arrive, the table may be released.
  • Where expressly indicated during the booking process, the restaurant may require a deposit, guarantee or payment card to confirm certain reservations, particularly during peak periods, special occasions or for group bookings. In such cases, users will be informed in advance of the applicable payment and cancellation conditions.
